The best natural way is with peppermint shrimp. But there are 2 types of commonly called "peppermint shrimps" - Lysmata wurdemanni is the one you want - they eat aiptasia. the other commonly called p shrimp is L. californica which does NOT eat it and is a cooler water shrimp that will not survive longterm in temps above 74.
The manual method I use is injection of them with very strong kalkwasser (thin paste) and cover them and the 1/4" dia spot where they are.

I use pickling lime/ kalkwasser. and a peppermint shrimp.
The trick is to cover the entire face with the paste so they cannot expel seed and then leave it sit for 1 hour and suck the paste and the anemone out with a turkey baster so nothing is left to grow/reproduce. The paste should be pretty thick, not runny
