When setting up a saltwater aqaurium when you plan to have some hardy types of corals and inverts, feather dusters and all that. Do you put in air stones? I just assumed you did untill i noticed that in a lot of the pictures i see i dont see the air bubbles. This is one thing i just took for granted untill i just now thought of it. Thanks for any input.

I've seen the occasional one with, but most of the time airbubbles tend to be detrimental, as air may get caught in/under some corals, and lead to their death.
PS It may also create more salt creep. <img src="graemlins//uhuh.gif" border="0" alt="[U-Huh]" />

I have an air bubble bar across the center of the back of my tank and like the look of it, also one is placed under one of my pieces of rock and bubbles come out of some of the holes (this one may not be a good thing, but havent seen any problems yet). I did have to seal it up pretty good because of the salt creeping. ;)

I had one for a while in my 75, but took it out. It seemed to cause my water to evaporate faster, made a nasty, salty mess, and my water never seemed to be quite as clear when it was running.
