Airstone or Not?

Contemplating between keeping airstones in my tanks or leaving them in. Any input or suggestions?

You mean leaving them out? I assume that's what you mean.
I don't know what you are trying to accomplish, but if it's oxygenation... unless your tank is frighteningly overstocked or unusually sealed off from the room it's in, oxygen won't be a problem, so I'd leave them out.

Imo out...
In a fowlr not as bad but in a reef it's a no no.
