First I don't want to cause any problem here, however I want all members here to becareful with deal with FishFanNY79, aka Peter Rupp living in Watervliet, NY. I repeat PLEASE USE CAUTION when deal with him.

Here is the story, Peter used his former girlfriend to made all the purchased, he claimed that he gave her cash. However he got no proof. According to his former girlfriend ( victim 1 ) that he stole her credit card and made a lot of purchased for his tank. She contacted her credit card and reported all charges were unauthorized.
All the above listed members and many more got screwed, paypal charged back everything. They are out of money and their equipment are at Peter's house. Peter takes no responsible to fix the problem. ( I have all his e-mail and all the list above victim's contact if any of you want to read, please contact me )
So his girlfriend filed the unauthorized charges with her credit card and the local police. At the end, she got her money back and she doesn't have to pay a penny for all of Peter Rupp charges. After that she dropped her case with the police, the police ends their investigation < well not really since the rest are still trying to press charges against this guy.
So his former girlfriend and Peter got away with all of our equipment. Five or more of us are screwed.
So please BECAREFUL and keep this in mind when deal with him.

Every time I make a deal on the internet and sent money I cross my fingers that the other party is on the up and up. Sending money over internet deals is still a crap shoot. I'm out some cash on a deal I make last year. Paypal awarded in my favor but I've yet to see my money.
Check people's history in the feedback column to cut out these scammers.
Saying a little prayer and crossing your finger's won't help you but also won't hurt either and trade with your head.

I am the guy that was taken for the two tunze nanos. He paid, then paypal took the money back. So now I am out the money and he has my equipment that he is selling here now. He also is selling on the

site this same equipment....
Do what is right Pete and return the two tunze nano's that you STOLE!!!!!

crazy! I almost bought a pump off him too and ended up finding a deal on one locally. ALWAYS use your credit card when making internet purchases...credit card via pay pal just saved me 1500.00 last month. I purchased something over the internet that turned out to be something completely different then what was stated. I contacted the seller to try and resolve the matter, he wanted to blow me off. I called my credit card company to resolve the matter...they contacted him and a week later contacted me saying that he failed to resolve the matter with them and they credited me back my $1500.00! there is some scum bags out here unfortunately. Always use paypal with a credit card...if pay pal wont refund you, chances are your credit card company will.

Yeah now he is telling me the only way for me to get my equipment back is to buy them back! He claims he paid for it and he never did! I actually had the money taken out of my paypal account and never got a dime due to the reversal of the chargeback.
He also is claiming that by for warning you all about him is called harrasement. Besides the obscenities he emailed me I think I am the one with a second case. Dude you need to read the law and make some sense of it.
Plain and simple if you buy something, the seller sends the goods. Then the money is taken out of your account two months later due to you not using your own funds. You have the equipment for free and I have NOTHING from both sides.
This is IN NO WAY HARRASEMENT ITs the facts. Most of the people on -- are out thier money and equipment due to the scam.
Shaddy dude all be carefull.

Well whatever the case may be on the paypal thing, that doesnt change the fact that he is still been charged with 4 counts of public lewdness if thats him and not just someone with the same name. This guy would possibly have been on DATELINE if it was being filmed there. I personally think they should hammer a nail right through the ---- of those sick individuals.

Folks, do not post links to other mesage boards dealing with issues... Also, do not post links to news articles regarding criminals and then claim that they are the same person. As Moderators we have no way of verifying if this information is correct.
We have a "feedback" thread for a reason. Any internet deal is "buyer/seller" beware. Use the feedback section to simply state "deal never went through, person scammed me, etc." without dredging up all the other stuff this thread has done.
