Every other day I have to take my filter intake apart and clean it out because so much algae gets on the intakes that the bio-wheels on my HOB filter won't turn. I'm working on the algae issue and it is getting a lot better but is there anyway that I can stop the intake on my fitler and skimmer from getting clogged? I'm getting sick of cleaning it soooo much. Like something I can put around it or something to keep it from clogging it up so bad? Thanks a lot!
