Algae Eaters

I currently have a 38 gallon reef tank approximately 2 1/2 years old. I have algae on my live rocks and I am looking for a fish to help control it. I have 1 Clark Clown, 1 yellow tang, 1 sandsifter goby, 2 turbo snails and 8 - 10 hermit crabs. My filtration includes a wet dry and a protein skimmer. Lighting approximately 9 hours a day. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Thanks. How often do you suggest doing water changes and where do you get your water? Tap, R.O.? I use tap water, treat it, mix the salt and let it stand for a week. The store where I buy my fish suggest I do water changes weekly. This sounds extreme. What do you think?

Thanks. How aften do you make water changes? Do you use tap water or water from an R.O.? Where else would my phosphates come from? What do you suggest to eliminate my phosphate problem? The store I deal with has given me three different answers. One person suggests water changes weekly of about 5 gallons. This sounds extreme to me. What do you think?
