algae on tank walls?

Anyone know how to clear up algae on tank walls w/o cutting back on lighting time?? <img src="graemlins//silly.gif" border="0" alt="[silly]" />

You could try lots of snails and or a refugium...
Both have worked well for me. You might also want to test your water and see if it has phosphates, as this is one of its food sources.
 
First check your water for phosphates. Algae feeds on phosphates so the more of them you have in your tank the faster the algae growth. Add a few turbograzers, they work great.
