Fix the source of your nitrate and phosphate problem. Only use RO water. Manually remove some. Buy a protein skimmer. Use a phosphate reactor. Turn your lights off for a few days. Read about hair algae removal. Feed less, use macro algae. Do water changes and remove detritus from your rocks.
