Algae Sheets

Hello,
I have heard people say many times they feed their tank algae sheets. I tried doing a search but wasnt able to find the answer I am looking for.
I would like to get some algae sheets.
What brand should I get?
Where can I get them?

Your lfs should carry them. I buy/sue sallys seaweed salad.

you could get some nori at any asian food store

go to the oriental food section at the grocery store and look for sushi wrappers. same thing for way less.

Ugggh, I knew I had not tried sushi for a reason

Thanks for all of the responses. So sounds like the answers vary. Are there any special feeding instructions after you get the algae sheets or do you just drop it in and let it sit on the bottom?
