Alge will not go away

I have about three different kinds of algae in my tank, one is the brown kind, and I also have sting moss, and another kind of pale whitish green algae.
What could be the problem? My tank ia 29 gal and has been set up for about two months.
Do I need to buy some kind of baterial cycling agent?

What are the water readings(ammo,nitrite,nitrate,Phophate,)???How long do you keep the lights on per day?? What kind of filter are you running??What are you using for water??
