Alien: Resurrection

I always enjoy watching these movies, and most of the plots were well thought out in these movie, except for a couple of things that I noticed. First thing was:
-Why were those eggs all laying around wen the guys popped up from their nice swim through the kitchen? Where was the queen, and how on earth did they get there?
-Why the dreadlocks dude die wen all that happened to him was that he fell into the water. He could've easily just taken the aliens hand off of his foot underwater, swam back up and climbed the ladder again
-On the ship, wen Ripley opened the hole in the window, and everything got sucked out, why didnt they get sucked out, why didnt the ropes get sucked out, how were they still breathing? The ship would have easily malfunctioned, and exploded on impact.
-Wen they were crashing the big ship, dont u think the smart humans wouldve fired a missile at it to blow it up wen they noticed it wasnt slowing down, and to save a whole country from annhilation?
That all of the obviously logical stuff I can think of, other than "How did Ripley blow up the test chambers in the mutant room with a flame thrower? Glass dont catch on fire, and will only melt in really extreme heat. Everything else I can look past, cuz of the movie genre, but the stuff I stated, I dont know how they got away with that. Also, the aliens were SOOO much better looking in AvP. They werent as slimy in AvP, and were more metallic and sneaky, like they should be. Im done. Comments? Beth in particular.... LOL>
