I was looking at my tank last night and noticed a great deal of very little white flea looking things on the glass. They are very tiny, somewhat difficult to see. I don't have any lr in my tank, I don't know where they came from, and what they may be. Any ideas???

could they have come from regualar silica sand??

SHould I be concerned about these little guys?? If so, how do I get rid of them??
