alive at night!

Hi there,
I have a 55gal tank with a Tamato clown, two percula clowns, and a damsel. In the tank is about 20lbs of live rock. I just shined a small flashlight in my aquarium and it looked like a party in there. Small worms coming out of the rocks, little shrimp like things swimming around in circles.
Are any of these harmful to my fish or is it just part of my little eco-system.
Thanks in advance

"The freaks come out at night...." Nothing to worry about. The tank can become partyland when the lights go out! Just make sure none of them are wearing lampshades on their heads.

If the worms are red and have white hairs then they are bristle worms. They are okay when small but should be removed when bigger. The little shrimp are amphipodes. Everything okay and this a good sign of a healthy tank.
