All By Myself Tonight

The Hubbs is away on business, so it's just me, the kitties and Roland tonight. The coldest night of the year so far, too... it's 20degrees outside.

I dont know how yall deal with the cold. That is rediculous. I used to live northern OH. I hate that weather. I'll take the heat anyday!!!!

Yeah, it sucks when your husband is away...know how you feel. I usually try to keep myself busy...try a new recipe....pop in some movies and eat popcorn....hang out with friends and catch up on stuff.... Hang in there.

I've got a good fire going for now, I'll have to go outside to get more wood soon... THAT won't be fun, but I'll only have to be out there for like 2minutes and then I'll get to come back inside.
I've got the House marathon going on TV, and warm fuzzy kitties strewn about all over the place.
The dog isn't talking to me so much right now tho... had to take him to the vet today and he's still kinda miffed but he'll get over it soon enough, I'm sure.

I think I'll put on some water for hot cocoa soon....

It's -10 Celsius up here in the great white north (or as you red,white and blues would say 14 F) with 2-3inchs of snow on the ground.

wow...it was all of 48 degrees today and the wind was blowing 20 miles an hour so it felt even colder....yuck. I would love for it to be 61. lol

we had this exact weather pattern for around 3 weeks and now BAM!! FRIGID FREEZING NASTINES!!!!
i've set up the futon in the livingroom near the woodstove. im not going all the way to the bed to be by myself. im gna cuddle wif all da fuzzies.
