Hey Everyone!
I have a 65 gallon satlwater tank, and I really want a yellow tang. Do you think this is ok for my fish? Will it survive?
Thanks

I woudlnt say that Three months is a good milestone, but yeah a small one in there for awhile would be better than a bigger one having to get used to it

my powderblue has been in my 55 for 2 years. Thats a pretty good milestone. Success is measured in years and not months

It depends on whether you want the fish to survive or thrive. Whether you want the fish to be healthy and how long you want the fish to be kept in that tank. Some people say it's okay if it's "small", but they'll grow so that doesn't really mean anything. I personally haven't tried it but I bet it would survive if that's all you're looking for.
If you are interested in other yellow options here are some:
-Yellow Clown Goby
-Yellow Shrimp Goby
-Midas Blenny
-Highfin Blenny
-Golden Wrasse
-Lemonpeel Angelfish
-Herald's Angelfish
-Klein's Butterflyfish
-Yellow Assessor
-Dusky Dottyback
