Alleged "Rip off Update."

JJBoods has finally contacted me after I notified him my work's legal counsel would be swearing out a warrant if I didn't hear from him by tomorrow. He, several times, and very profusely, has apologized for not sending my light. He says he has not had access to a computer in the past week.
I told him I understand, but, the fact that I sent the check over a month ago, does not requre access to a computer. He knew I had been expecting it. A 15 minute trip to the post office also doesnt require a computer. He says he will send the light immediately. If he does so, I will post again to clear his name. Until then, I told him I am going to continue dealing with this as a hostile situation.
I will update when he emails me notification he sent the light. Thanks for your help everyone. If he returns to the board, please treat him like any other member. The fact that he finally responded, and claims to be sending the light, and profuse apologies, is a good gesture. And it puts me at ease somewhat. When I receive the light, he will be considered "good people" in my book again. Not that that is anything special.

JJBoods is not being very cooperative this morning. I have asked him numerous times to simply send me the light, and notify me only when he has sent it, complete with tracking number like he promised.
However, he keeps insisting on harassing me through emails while I am trying to prepare a report. I have constantly told him, please do not respond to me to again until you have sent the light. Nothing I have written you is a question, only statements, and doesn't warrant a response.
But, he keeps insisitng on emailing me, threatening to not send the light because he feels I am being too threatening by notifying my legal adviser. The funny thing is, the threatening part is him cashing my check and making me wait more than a month to send my light. And I am off base by getting angry?
Ugh. I will tell yall if he ever sends the light. I wouldnt recommend dealing with him though. Kind of like my ---- rating., which would be:

My family is in law, as am I......I posted in another thread, but will post here too....Hairtrigger it isn't necessary to hire a full time lawyer for the case........This particular case is pretty simple, so you can represent yourself and win easily........Make sure to save and print all IM conversations and emails, also copies of the cashed check........All you need to hire a lawyer for is to file the report in the claims court to get the "ball rolling"...It will save you alot of money, and filing the report won't cost you much..

Mike, yeah, I have had enough. If he keeps contacting me while I am trying to prepare work, I will notify Turner Security about being harassed, they in turn will handle it. Which in turn, his charges will grow. He told me he has switched jobs, but that is irrelevant. I am getting fed up. I would not recommend doing the favor you mentioned. This guy is out of control.
As far as representing myself, naaaa, I already talked with my work's legal cousel. He would do it cheap. Regardless, I don't mind spending some money based soley on my desire to remedy this the fair way.
I am not going to take it to small claims court if necessary, fortunately, I would prosecute him fully. Interstate fraud, mail fraud, breech of verbal and written agreement. Ahhhh, I figure if he is being so rude to me, I might as well go all out.

I do know some "people" and it has been awhile since the saw a moving target that stood upright. ... hmmmm ....... And as for changing jobs, doubt it. I called and theyt said he was out for luch (this was about a week ago) so I don't know.

I love the way the marines work... they are so convincing. And yeah, I dont know if I buy the job thing either. I dont care. I have several different email addresses from him. Sheriffs are good at tracking people down when they have to serve a warrant. I just want my light is all.... for my poor corals' sake.
