Alright to add more fish??

I was planning on adding more fish soon. I recently did a water test and came up with these readings. Nitrite 0, Ammonia .25, Nitrate 10, PH 8.4
The tank has been up and running for about 9 weeks (90 gal) 30lbs of lr and 80lbs of ls. These readings have been holding steady for 2+ weeks. I have a sfe, sailfin tang and a b/w stripe damsel. I also have a small clean up crew, turbo grazers(8) hermits (12). Is it all right to add more or should I wait? At the lfs some say go ahead and some say wait.

You shouldn't have any ammonia at all in a tank with fish. Are you sure that's a correct reading? With the bioload you already have and not that much live rock I wouldn't add anything more unless you have great filtration somewhere else i.e sump, large skimmer. Wait a few months and see how your levels stay and then maybe add a couple small fish but that sailfin is going to outgrow your tank and possibly be very aggressive to any newcomers, tangs should be one of the last fish added because it will claim the tank.

It is the correct reading, I checked it several times to be sure. I also have a pro clear 150 sump w/ a built in protein skimmer. I was planning on adding a trigger and a lion fish in the future and slowly adding more lr and stopping there. Will these fish have an issue with the tang?

Like PJ said you shouldn't have any ammonia. What kits are you using? With that kind of ammonia you would think you would have streaking etc on your fish.
As long as you don't add another tang I think you will be fine with a lion for sure. On the trigger I would get one big enough to hold it's own and quarantine it to get it eating boldly. Depending on the trigger if you do a clown or something like that you won't have a problem, but something like a blue throat can be very shy and may take a bit to get eating boldly.
