Am I feeding right?

I have a clown, cardinal, and pseudochromis in a 30 gallon tank. At my LFS, they told me to feed them 1/4 of a cube of frozen fish/squid/ etc. Should I be giving them any kind of supplements or doing anything else? I have had them for about a month and so far they look pretty healthy.

as long as your not over feeding them and letting waste float around your tank your doing it right. :cheer:
however the more variety of different foods you can feed your fish the better your fish well do and their colors well come out better also.
