Am I Ready? All opinions please... next steps?

Actinic & Flourescent lighting, one bulb of each 20 watts per...
Maxi-jet 600 for water flow...
Remora Skimmer with Maxi-jet 1200...
Coral Substrate 30lbs...
Live Rock 30lbs... tube worm appeared out of no where...
Added 12 snails, 12 hermits (6 died), pencil urchin, all seem happy... 2 weeks now
Temp 77 degrees...
Total run time 1 month
Just tested water, which is crystal clear with Seachem basic kit
pH 8.3
Salinity seems dead on middle of scale.
Alkalinity 4 (8 drops per Seachem test)
Free Ammonia 0
Total Ammonia .05
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 1ish... hard to tell from cheap color chart
These are all the factors I know to look for. What is next? Don't know where to go. I wanted 3 fish total, just small ones. Can I add them? Should I wait? Any factors I am missing? Any help, ideas, what to do would help.... thanks...

How did you cycle the tank?? 1 ppm nitrates seems low in a newly cycled tank unless you did a large water change??
When adding fish to a new tank, add one at a time with about 4-weeks in between each one IMO. This will allow the bio-filtration time to catch up between fish.

Reefnut I cycled by just adding the live rock two days after I added the salt and water to the aquarium. The live rock has been in 4 weeks about two days less than the water itself.
