my parameters are:
ammonia: 0 pp/m
Nitrite: 0 pp/m
nitrate: 15 pp/m
calcium: 400 pp/m
I currenttly am running a nova extreme T5HO lighting fixture. it has 4 bulbs. 2 are HO 54 watts and the other two are 460nm actinics. do i have enough lighting. i heard there are some that dont require as much light. all suggestions welcome

if ur water parameters r stable and nitrate is closed to 0, then u can try it. the light u hv is ok bc it doesnt hv individual reflectors. try monti caps or monti digitata. these r 2 less light demanding sps. just keep them middle to high up. also provide strong indirect flow.

Trates are a little high but everything looks good. What is your ALK? Like stated above look into the monti digitata. Good luck!!

SPS typically need high light, pristene water and high flow...can you provide all of these?

that light isnt going to be enough for SPS...maybe some Monti Digi type. but no acros or encrusting monties
