Well I wish I got pictures of the accident and the immediate aftermath, but my beloved cucumber managed to get himself sucked into a powerhead.
After removing him, his whole mouth area was chopped up, and his guts were practically pouring out. My cleaner shrimps started eating him, so off to the QT he went. Personally, I think the shrimp purposly removed the filter sponge just so they could have a big meal. After a 3 week stay in the ICU, he was upgraded to stable and moved back to the display. Then he dissappeared :scared: After another 3 weeks he has finally come out of hiding, and looks to be getting back to work
He looks pretty ugly right now, but it looks as if he will be just like new in no time. Check out the pics ***) First one before the incident. Next 3 after he finally came out of hiding, and the last one of the suspects giving their best "what did I do" look.
