amphipod question???

What would be a good fish or invert for a 5.5gal nano to take care of a amphipod infestation%% I had a mandarin in the tank but he got sucked up the filter and did not make it

, since then they have gotten out of control.

all I know is mandarins eat alot of pods

Maybe try getting another and putting pantyhose on the filter openings.
I just lost a green chromis I have no idea where it went, but I think it might have gotten stuck in my return pipe from my refuge

That's what I was thinking. I put a cap over the opening so nothing can get in there now.

The only thing now is, I thought they needed 30+g tanks and at least 75lbs of LR?
