Beautiful start. Hard to believe it's a 20 gallon. I especially like the aquascaping(sp?).

not too shabby... what kind of rocks are those?

The rock in the cente rin the front is just a rock I had left over from an old FW setup..Nothing special. The base rocks were purchased from LFS dry and cleaned and sterilized, left in buckets for one month after which I had the water tested to ensure nothing leached out of them. The Live rock was one big peice that I broke up and dispersed around my tank. It was Fiji rock according to LFS.

Is rock safe to use in a salt water tank that was once used in fresh water?
Not being critical just wondering myself

I don't see why not. As long as the rock was not in a FW tank that was treated with Copper it should be fine.
