I really really want a Trigger ,lion, puffer, yellow tang and striped damsel. I have just setup my 55gal(if i purchase the puffer, lion, and trigger very small will this be ok?)

One thing about compatibility is that it's been documented that a certain species is not compatible with another. But there is a exception to this rule because fish are just like people one person's behavior differs from one person to another.
So, saying that the puffers and triggers are not compatible. The lion is cool with either fish. Buying them very small will give you a better chance in making this happen if you introduce them together. If it means anything I wouldn't chance it.

i have a huma huma trigger, a fu-man-chu lion, a snowflake eel and 2 angels in the tank and all is well.
the thing is the lion and angel are dwarf and my trigger is very calm.
