An Idea... Would this work???

OK, we all sit here and talk about Phosphates and how they cause the hated "Hair Algae"... I was thinking about how much I can't stand filling up those little nylon bags with Phosphate sponge or using phozorb in my wet dry... Has anyone ever tried buying an inexpensive fluidized bed filter and use the phosphate sponge material as the material in the bed... I was curious about if this would work.. Yes I know that you would have to disgard the material after a day or two but I thought that would be a great way to have a tremendous amount of current and water contact with the material...
Let me know what you think... Just an Idea.. I won't be offended if you don't like it.

giv'er a try and let us know how it works ... better yet, change the design a little and GET A PATENT ®
