anemoes acting weird

I just got two anemoes last week one is a red bulb he seems to be doing ok but the other I'm not sure what it's called was about 6 inches tall, marone and the top has green tenticales, he was the first I put in and I thought he would hange out around the light but instead he went up in a cave and stayed out of the light all week, last night I moved a rock so some light would get to him, when he saw light he turned toward it, but he still hasn't tried to fully open or come up on his base he just stays down low barely out of a crevis in the rocks with about half of him on the dark side. his color was not looking too good yesterday but the little light he got seems to help some. I'm new at this so I'm not sure if this is normal or if maybe something is wrong with him. any suggestions?

I'll move this to the clownfish and Anemone forum.

tank is 80 gallon hex, lighting is 135 watt coralife and a 15 watt coralife, temp is 78 deg.
cal. is 440 ppm, ph around 8.4, not shure on akla, yet, haven't gotten test kit for that.

Are these normal output lights? I know the 15 watt is, but what is this 135 watt light?
Normal ouput lighting isn't enough for photosynthetic animals like anemones. If all you have is NO lighting the its a slow death for the anemone.
