Anemone and CBS molt

My coral banded molted last night and when I got home today I found my BTA with a piece of the antennae sticking out of his mouth. Should I leave it or try to get it out? Would it do more harm than good trying to remove it?

Leave it. My BTA ate my shrimps molt all the time.

yea my LTA took my cleaner shrimps molt. They just take the nutrients and minerals out of it. Its actually good. a lot of peeople actually say that its good to leave the molt in the water for that reason.
