anemone ate clownfish

Woke up this morning to find my bubbletip anemone in an awkward position at the side of the tank. When I tried to move him I found that my percula clownfish was in his mouth. Has anyone else had the problem of the anemone eating their clownfish. I am a bit confused.

i have heard of it but never seen it, maybe the bta was a lil hungry. what was his feeding schedule like? or the clown might have made him mad? i dont really think theres anyone reason it just happens every once in a while.
