anemone doubling size

my anem has doubled it size since i bought it yesterday, the lighting i am using is 2x 10k coral life lights my local fish store told me that was plenty of light is there any reason why it wld have double its size, the pedistal is really big and pink is that a problem....i can attach a pic if anyone can help me just want to make sure its ok....its a pink tip

Anemones will inflate by intaking the tank water and then, when they eliminate they deflate to cleans themselves.
When anemones are gathered and bagged, they shrink down from the stress of being moved and bagged.
After they are situated in their new environment, they will start to relax and they do inflate.
I assume, based on what you are telling me, you probably saw the anemone when it was not fully inflated. They don't double in size overnight - they just inflate and expell to eliminate waste and toxins.
