Anemone essentials?

Other than strong lighting what kind of food and chemicals are recommende for an anemone.
I am doing research and was hoping for some advice. I want to get a BTA. it will be my first anemone.

They like meaty foods such as myis shirmp and brine and if theres a clwon fish that hosts him which is not garenteed he will feed him and how long has the tank been up and running?

Yep, canisee is right on....most any kind of choped up raw meaty seafood or fishfood, shrimps, squid, silversides, krill. For some fun I give mine live guppies every now and then....
No special chems for an amemone other than what may be needed to keep the water quality....

wow thats awesome, and the btra stins the guppies??????????????? WHOA!! by the way, how do u acclimate guppies to sw

I dont...I only put in about 10 and there only 1/2 inch and the anemones and fish eat them. They can live in there a few hours.

Its not so much the calcium for anenomes as it is the iodine that help make their "skin". Trace element in your water changes should be sufficient enough because alot of iodine suppliments are more dangerous and harmful than helpful...
