Anemone feeding and protein skimmer

Can anyone recommend a filter feeding food for the Sebea anemone and what negative affect my protein skimmer will have unitentionally removing this food from the water?

We feed our anemones silversides. They are not much for filter feeding. But things like corals do filter feed and when we dose our tank with phytoplex we turn off our skimmer for about 30 minutes.
