anemone help please

my anemone is de flated. i dont know what this means

please respond. my lighting is the nova extreme T5 fixture. my nitrates nitrites and ammonia are all zero. phosphate zero. please help!!!

If it is a new addition, they usually do this for a short period of time. Expelling all of the old water to take in the new water. If it is deflated for more than 48 hours then i would be concerned. Does it react when things touch it? If so then leave it, if not take it out because its dead.
