anemone help

i have a anemone ( for the life of me i can't recall the name ) but anyways he has basically turned inside out with his looks like stomach out . does that mean he is dead or what ? please help

Please take a look at the invert section on the left and see if you can identify what type of anemone you have.
Post a picture if possible.
Does it look anything like this with regards to insides coming out?
