Yes..
All anemones are difficult to keep. The scale used to determine an anemones care and difficulty doesnt start at easy. It starts at difficult and goes up from there. BTA's are considered difficult where as other species are considered extremly difficult. Depending on your knowledge of the species, their requirments, tank maturity and lighting will make it either a pleasuable experience or a disaster.

I agree with dark, they are not easy - but placed within the scope of anemones, they are easier to keep than others.
