anemone help

Ok my anemone got sucked in the powerhead. i pulled it out and few of the tenticles are pretty bad...will it survive? it is hiding under the rock right now, just gave it a krill and seems to be taking it.

If the center (mouth area) didn't get damaged or the foot which is probably the most important part I can see it recovering if the water and lighting is good.
For the most part I would say give it as much light as you can without harming it further and maybe give it a fresh water change. I just found out today that you dont need powerheads in a tank if you have a strong return pump you can create a return line across the back of your tank with nozzles pointing in different directions along it. You need a pump way over rated for your tank but it would prevent this problem.
