I know this first picture is of no help while it is drip acclimating. But it looks completely different while it is deflated than it did fully open.
I little backstory. My maroons love the LTA I have currently. But I was at the LFS looking at different corals they had, and they had this 10lb rock with this giant bubble tip anemone. He was probably spread out the size of a basketball i kid you not and absolutely gorgeous. Im not sure what kind of bubble tip it was and they couldnt identify it either. They got it by trade because someone was tearing down a tank because they were moving. Long story short, the anemone was green, the bottom stalks of the tentacles where light green, the bubble tips almost pinkish at the very end tips. Its hard to explain, hopefully he will expand out and i can get a pic of it. But he is almost 3 different shades of green with pink/reddish tips. Now that he been transported home with me, he is deflated and looks like this color combination.
Plus a got a hitchhiker as well lol. Neither the LFS or I knew he was in the rock until i opened the box and started dripping the anemone and rock. He will go great with my green banded brittle.
