I have a carpet anemone that isn't sticky. I don't know what more to tell, it's doing just fine, there plenty of light, and my levels are fine (Salinity-1.022, Phosphate- .25 , ammonia-0,
temp-79, dKh- 10) I know that they eat through photosythisis but it doen't explain why he ain't sticky. Any ideas why?

He isn't healthy.
Anemones don't always use their zooxanthellae, they will also use energy from solid meaty foods, such as Krill, squid, clams, Shrimp, diced fish, etc.
How long have you had the anemone, and what's your lighting? This is usually the first sign of an un healthy anemone. Can you also give us more information about your setup, rather than your water tests?
Graham :)

I have 4-20watt flouresent lights (two-marine-glo and two power-glo) and a MH all hung over the tank 4 inches. It's a 33 gal, two percula clowns, christmas wrasse, scooter blennie, mandirin goby, fire goby, one blood shrimp, 3 scarlet hermit crab, and 4 blue hermits, and a really big crab that I have no clue what he is (but he eats algea like a pig, he's not an emerald)
Please tell me there is some way to help him....I don't want him to die...:(

i second that your tank is overstocked, you have a mandarin goby in there, is it eating brine/mysis? plus you have a scooter, they both mainly eat off pods and they usually wipe out whole pod populations in weeks maybe days, except the scooter probably eats brine/mysis. They will probably starve to death if neither of them eat brine/mysis.
try feeding the carpet twice a week, brine/mysis/krill stuff like that
