anemone lighting

I would like to get an anemone for my clown (regardless if it accepts or not), but im not to swift on them. Did some researching but doesn't clarify how much lighting is needed. i have 384 watts of PC, what is an easy anemone to begin with, and are my lights strong enough.

I'm in the same boat - just upgraded my 29g lights to 130w dual satellite (actinic and daylight). Will this be fine for an anenome? I know I have to wait longer. Tank is only 2 mos old.
