Anemone missing tentacles

My anemone doesn't have very much tentacles around his mouth. He has plenty around the edges of his oral disk, but not so much towards the center. Is there something I can do to encourage him to grow more there? Here is a pic of him. He has been like this since I got him a month ago, and still eats. Oh, and it is a RBTA.

Not that I'm aware of.
His color looks kind of week, any reason for that?

You mean like not very vibrant, or bleached? He has been like that since I got him. He isn't bleached though. His tentacles have a nice brown tint. And he actually positioned himself right under the center brace on my tank.

I agree that he is not quite bleached, but simply faded.
How long have you had him and what lights is he under?
What do you feed him and how often?

I have had him since June 2. At the LFS he was either under 4x32 watts, or 4x28 watts PC. Now he is under 2x65w PC. I do know that isn't very much, but I do feed him often. I feed him frozen mysis 3-4 times every week. He loves that stuff. He is now at least 7" wide and has grown abut 1.5" since I got him. Can't wait till he splits!
