Anemone oral plate tear

Hey guys as some of you might know i got a bta the other day from my LFS. When i got it home i noticed a tear right next to the mouth. looks like brown guts coming out. The anemone seems to be doing okay, expanding shrinking etc as it acclimates to my tank. I am just worreid about that tear. as it expands the tear seems to get larger. Will this ever heal?? should i be worried about it? or try to treat it?

yeah, a pic would help but if its not doin anything odd then its prolly fine
