Most likely nothing is wrong. What type of lighting do you have? What are you feeding it? How long have you had it? I wouldnt worry too much about it unless you see it going on for a couple of days. I have a green bubble tip anenomie and where I originally put him he would blow up for a while and then deflate looking like a shriveled balloon. I had to give my Florida condi back to my LFS because he was too big for my tank and when I did I put my bubble tip kinda where he was but in more direct light. He decided he didnt like it and ended up where he wanted to be which is under my bridge in my LR shaded. All blown up and looking happy when the lights click on he sometimes comes out and he sometimes doesnt. But I have to date not seen him shrivel up since it happened before i moved him.
Try putting him in another spot in your tank, maybe he doesnt have enough flow or maybe he just isnt happy where you put him. I would relocate until you see that he has found his spot. Good luck.
