I HAVE A GREEN CARPET THAT HAS BEEN IN MY TANK FOR SOME TIME NOW. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HEALTHY AND HAD GOOD COLOR. WELL ABOUT A WEEK AGE HE MOVED FROM HIS SPOT" WHICH WAS HIGH IN THE TANK" TO THE GLASS. hE HAS NOW DROPPED TO THE BOTTOM AND HASNT FOUND A NEW HOME. IS THIS NORMAL BEHAVIOR OR IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG. i HAVE A 4 BULB T-5 SETUP. TWO BLUE TWO WHITE. WATER QUALITLY IS PRESTINE.
THANKS GUYS, THIS IS MY FIRST ANEMONE AND IM NOT SURE WHAT IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR.

If the anemone was 'set' on one place then moved - i would say this is not normal. Notice i didn't say unhealthy, just not normal. If an anemone was set in one place for longer than two weeks and it starts to move, look at environmental issues for the cause of it moving. Things like water movement (powerheads), lighting, and water quality will cause the anemone to move around.
If you have good lighting (seems like you do but i don't know the size of the tank) and good water quality i would just monitor it to ensure it still hase its color and is opening up during the day.
