Are anemones supposed to shrivel up for a while or is mine just weird? Do they usually do this because of feeding or water quality? Someone help me please.

Yes they will do this ,what they are doing is a water change they do this to bring there nutreints they need .As long as your lighting and water parameters are ok and it dose'nt stay that way for a long period of time don't worry.Goodluck
