Anemone question please help

Hey guys one quick question. I have 3 perc clowns and i think its about time to get an anemone. I want one that is colorful, and one that will host my clowns. I have a 55 gal tank. I have normal output lights but will definately get better ones with an anemone. Im thinking metal halide but im not sure yet .....any suggestions on anemone and lights to get?

A good first anemone would be a rose bubble-tip anemone or just a green one. You'll have to get a fairly large one, like 6+ inches for 3 clowns. For lights, I would recommend getting a 1x250 watt DE MH setup with some PC actinics. Coralife makes a great one that sits on the top of the tank. With those lights you can also get SPS corals, LPS, softies, and clams.

vipers advice is good..250 W HH and maybe 65 to 130 W of actinic will do nicely for a 55 G.
