My anemone looks like this sometimes, but then the next day will look normal. Does this mean something is wrong, or is this normal

It looks unhealthy, get me a shot of it when you say its normal. It appears to be bleached, this can happen with poor lighting, capture, transport, bad water..etc..
I would ask you to post your lighting specs and try to feed it 2 or 3 times per week, meaty foods with vitamin suppliment if possible.
Check water paramiters including pH, calcium and alkalinity.

I got it this color in the local pet store about 3 months ago.
as for the lighting, I have a daul satellite 4x 65
2 dual day lights 7500/10000
and 2 dual actinic 420nm/460nm
What food is the best for them. I have 2. One is normal and brown

Meaty foods, mysis shrimp, krill, silversides, frozen zooplankton, scallops.
I'd do a water change and make sure everything is up to snuff.
Two anemones? Different kinds per chance?
Do you understand bleaching of an anemone? If not do a search I've posted it several times. Check the sticky at the top of this forum.
