Hey all...I just bought an anemone and after acclimating I put him in the tank and the "current" swept him in the "caves" of our live rock....is this okay? Will he come out because there is no way I can get him........
What should I do?

As long as he's not really trapped he should be able to move on his own.

Thomas?? :happyfish

They actually have a foot ..... they'll move until they find a spot they're happy with, and then plant themselves there.

I'm no anemone expert though.

What type of anemone are we talking about.
Yes they have the ability to move about the tank themselves. But it also depends on what type you have. BTA's for instance will crawl just about anywhere in the tank and look for a place in rockwork to plant their foot into, others will want to have a good sand substrate to plant thier foot in.]
So what ya got?

If possible I would not let it stay in any cave without light for more than 2 weeks. Chances are it will move on its own, but if it doesn't move perhaps you can direct some water flow down there and convince him to move, ie like with a powerhead.
