Anemone question

I have a Orbit power compact with sunpaq dual daylight 10,000k and 6,700k and dual actinic 460nm & 420nm for my 29 gal. tank just wanted to know if I could get a anemone? If so which one's? I saw 1 on this site that said medium light I would love to get one for my two clownfish.

What is the total wattage and type of lighting you have? Is that PC lighting?

I used to have that same fixture, Yes its PC and its 140 watts I beleive.
