Anemone question

I have a 54 Corner
4 year old established reef tank
The corner is a deep tank but my lighting is 250mh with 2 65w actinics. I have LTA in the tank for the last two weeks. It has moved quite a bit but really hasn't settled down. My issue is that he hasn't settled in and only creeps out from behind the rocks every two days or so.
His tentacles are white with green tips and his oral disc is light brown. My concern is that his base was red but now is white. I hope it is not bleaching and that is where I am confused. Isn't bleaching a light issue?
The SG is usually 1.024-1.025. I would like to see this guy succeed but if he hasn't settled, I assume he isn't happy. The bleaching shows that there also may be some other issues. Any advice would help.

bleaching isnt to bad of a problem they can survive when being bleached, you have the proper lighting for this anemone and MH make my anemones set foot in a cave and they only poke their tenticules out when they want light the foot can be white, just means its not getting light, my RBTA foot is white on one of them and the other is orange/red like it should be. the one that dosent have color on its foot is in a cave, and will streach its stump out to about 8-10" when the lights are on and hes been this way for atleast 2 years
bleaching however without the proper lighting is very bad becuase it cant get the light it wants even if it wanted light and 2 weeks is a long time for him to still be moveing about
ive noticed that with the VHOs they will bring the hole head out and now they have colored up nicely, mine arnt to picky on moveing they tend to stay put

Thanks for the info. It actually moved into the rockwork and has been there for a few days. He ate some squid and seems to be looking better. I assume he wanted out of the substrate and prefers the rocks. Thanks for your advice.
