i had a 12 gallon eclipse tank and i recently just switched to a 12 gallon nano tank coz it had excellent lighting ... my RBTA seems to be growing ... bubbble tips... before it didn't.... not even when i got it at the pet store....
any idea why some have bubble tips while others don't?

No one seems to know, I've tried to look it up, there are some theories but none conclusive that I know of.
I have seen my BTA's with and without right next to each other. That is one had bubbles on his tip and the one next to him didn't...A mystery to be sure.
