Anemone under VHO?

I was wondering what kind, if any, anemones that i could have under VHO lighting? The tank is about 112g (60"L x 24"T x 18"W). The tank currently has3 5' 140W VHO's, 1- Actinic, 1 Actinic white (12000K/Act), and 1- 10000K. I want to add another Icecap ballast and run 2 actinics on one, and 2 10Ks on the other. With this 560W that would bring it to about 5.5wpg. Would this be enough light to be able to keep any kind of hosting anemone? Also the sand bed is only about 1.5"-2" deep for other reasons, and i know some anemones like to burry themselves in the sand, so will this be a problem? Any help would be appreciated! :help:

I always like to recommend one of the easiest ones like the BTA or Bubble Tip Anemone. You can find them in brown, green or the RBTA Rose colored one. Sounds like your lighting would be fine for them if you have enough rockwork for them to climb wherever it wants to go. I had great success with them with less light (still VHO) first in a 55 gallon then in a 90 gallon. I now use 940 watts of lights VHO/MH combo. Try to find a tank raised BTA as they have a better success rate IMO/IME. I've been raising them for 5 years now.

thanks... also talking to the trusted owner of my lfs, he was making a good point that it would be a waste to add another icecap just for one more bulb, so if i do get another ballast i think i will add at least 2 if not 3 bulbs, and the lights are only about 1' above the tank.
